My husband and I were behind in our payments and recieved a notice of default from the bank. We knew we did not want to end up in foreclosure, but didn’t know much about the short sale process. A friend turned us on to Yvonne, we met with her and she impressed us enough that we signed on with her. That was one of the better decisions we have made. She took a lot of stress off of us by promptly and professionally handling everything; the paperwork, finding a buyer, negotiating with the bank.
